Each Year, The Avon Chamber provides the business community with the opportunity to upgrade their skills. These Provincially Certified Courses range in topics from Accounting to Microsoft Office, to Business Leadership, to Digital Marketing and a host of other topics.

Human Resource Essentials - FREE Accredited Course
This program is designed to provide you with a general overview and understanding of Human Resources in your company. Whether you have 1 or 50 employees. In addition to laying the foundation for a practical HR system, the program will provide you with knowledge, tools and templates for recruiting, retaining and engaging employees.

Essential Business Skills - FREE Accredited Course
This course prepares participants to run a successful small business by teaching them how to ensure viability, understand competition, lead a team, manage finances, meet customer needs, implement marketing plans, handle conflicts, and solve common business challenges effectively.
